The forum of the district of Faro, Portugal, is competent for the resolution of any emerging disputes.

All written communications from J.C.Nascimento Lda or its representatives to which the customer is addressed shall be made by sending a simple (unregistered) letter to the domicile or registered address indicated above, which expressly stipulate as those in which the parties to this contract will be domiciled for all purposes, in particular for service in court proceedings , without prejudice to its supervening alteration, which shall be communicated to J.C.Nascimento Lda within a maximum of 30 days from its verification, by registered letter with acknowledged receipt.
